Can anyone come to the Village les Chênes?
Yes, everyone who wants to have a good vacation is welcome.
No need to be part of a works council or a specific company.
When the Villages sous les Pins were created in 1974, they were reserved exclusively for various CSEs.
Village les Chênes, for example, belongs to CLOS CHU Bordeaux and the CSEs to SAFT of Bordeaux. A percentage of our bungalows is reserved for their staff at a preferential rate.
Today, Les Chênes welcomes everyone, subject to availability and at the current public rate.
How do the Villages under the Pines work?
The entity Les Villages sous les Pins(VSLP) is a large condominium of 70 Ha with different hamlets (see map) and with totally independent receptions. In total about 3100 beds in 700 bungalows. Some villages are reserved only for people from a company /CE.
In the middle you will find the sports fields, the swimming pools, an animation office and rooms that are managed by the Sports and Animation Club VSLP
The managers of the Association Syndicale des Copropriétaires des Villages sous les Pins, all volunteers, are permanently concerned with offering holidaymakers, whatever their age, quality stays.
The Villages sous les Pins employs a permanent, qualified and motivated staff to carry out the administrative management, maintain and develop the heritage, and provide hospitality and entertainment. Team reinforced by many seasonal workers during the vacations.
The Chênes de Leon association (law 1901) manages 84 independent bungalows, spread over 3 hamlets:
-The whole of Villages les Chênes which is in the heart of the VSLP
-7 bungalows in the village les Acacias
-14 bungalows in the village les Erables.
The last 2 villages are further away from the entertainment center for greater peace and quiet.
As an association under the law of 1901, we invest all profits in the ongoing renovation of our bungalows.

The vacation village Les Chenes de Leon is an association under the law of 1901.
We collaborate with various CSEs so that you can benefit from preferential rates.
When do I have to pay for my stay and can I pay in instalments?
A 25% deposit is required to guarantee the booking.
Then you can pay in installments. It is up to you to choose the rhythm of your payments. You can schedule a bank transfer or pay a certain amount of money online directly on our website every month.
The total cost of your stay must be paid 30 days before your arrival.
